Answers: tips how to handle a call center job , please ?

Thank author of this post/commentrecently i have joined a call center job and i really enjoy it , but sometimes customers are very diffcult to be handled ( angry customers for example or those customers who flirts in you or rvery much rude customers ) i just need some tips how to handle that succesfully

The first tip I can give you: Never take what they say personally. Because if you do, you'll only get frustrated, agitated, and every angry. Not good for your heart :-) Angry and rude customers can get nasty and may call you names, so the secret to keeping your cool and unaffected is to stay detached.

you'll get better at handling customers as time goes by. It gets better with practice. It really does seem very challenging at first, and it may sometimes drive you to the edge. But just hang in there. Time and experience make it easier.

I have to agree with Clintfoot's suggestion to never take whatever the customers say personally because they are not complaining about you. They are complaining about your account. You have to have tons of patience if you want to be really good in your job. Your voice has to always sound pleasant and encouraging and you can't let your callers know that you're irritated because they might file a complaint against you instead. Now this could cause you your job.

Yes, you are both correct. Sometimes, working in a call center can truly be devastating and can be very exhausting. There are really customers who sound like monsters ready to eat you whole. But always remember that no matter how irate they are, just be confident and assure them that you will provide a solution to their problem, unknowingly you will realize that you already have tamed them. That is true. It is really not that easy to work in a call center but well, all of those rude customers, the yelling and the not so good words that you will be experiencing are all part of the work so you have to deal with all of those. But anyway, you can choose to be balm or be affected with such customers. Have a great day ahead to all.
