"First Tip"
The first tip I can give you: Never take what they say personally. Because if you do, you'll only get frustrated, agitated, and every angry. Not good for your heart :-) Angry and rude customers can get nasty and may call you names, so the secret to keeping your cool and unaffected is to stay detached.

"Don't Worry..."
you'll get better at handling customers as time goes by. It gets better with practice. It really does seem very challenging at first, and it may sometimes drive you to the edge. But just hang in there. Time and experience make it easier. • Page 1 (Original Post) •
