Despite our sometimes complicated relationship, would this trainer be a good men

Thank author of this post/commentEver since I started my job at the call center, my trainer has been on my case. Nothing I say or do escapes his notice and his so-called constructive criticism is unrestrained and sometimes very scathing. He knows some of my personal faults very keenly. Every time I forgot to lock my computer he turned it off, others he often failed to notice when they forgot. I told him that he seems to expect perfection and he asked why should he settle for anything less. He literally treats me like a protege' more so than he does the other ten people who started with me. Most of the demonstrations we did in class he had me participate in. He told me recently that he is a trainer because he knows the material and wonders why don't I listen and take his advice. I told him that I do. My having among the highest number of calls, zero call-backs out of 84 total, hold time and availability that are almost meeting the goals after the first week should be evidence of that, considering that many in my class are not nearing their targets. He got angry when he saw me navigating our website to try to help a woman find what she was looking for because I wasn't in the research and chat systems we use. I had a floor walker behind me who was helping as well. He also said that I depend too much on the floor support and it won't be so much available in the next level of training. Next he said that I need to learn patience and that being impatient is unacceptable. Others in the class are using floor support FAR more often than I am. Well he told me that if I raise my hand for support and he looks in the chat and sees I haven't asked there first, he's writing me up. He reiterated this in the meeting later with the class but did not say he was writing anyone else up. Maybe later I was overheard discussing our meeting with a peer as he messaged me in the chat to call the customer I had back and 'move on with life.' Somehow I feel he gets upset because he thinks he has done more to train me, more one-on-one a
