How to deal with angry people

Anger is a very normal emotion and probably got humanity its triumph in the world.

Primitive man got real angry, then got his bow and arrows and spears together and went out to deal with his anger.

It so happens that he brought home the beef that his family needed.

In a call center angry people (customers) are the bread and butter of every day.

But you need a spacialist to take care of them. You cannot fight fire with fire.

Itīs all a question of personality. The "anger fireman" needs to be a very special person, indeed.

The first step is to accept the anger and what caused it.

That first "yes, sir, I agree" is the clue to the whole thing.

The customer is always right!

Have agood day!

Hi there!

I agree with your post here. I think that each person should know how to handle his or her anger properly. This is a sure way to stay out of trouble. I think that these are helpful tips most especially for those people who cannot control their temper.

Sometimes, when you are angry, you tend to do things which are beyond your control.

Thank you so much and have a great day to all of you guys!

Thank author of this post/comment"How to deal with an angry customer"

The reason why a customer is angry is because there are some point in the service or with the products that they purchase/subscribed into, did not meet their expectations. It's true that customers are always right. A business won't work successfully without a happy customer. So it is the job of a customer representative to give out a hundred percent service or support. An angry customer just needs to be acknowledge, assured, and empathize. For doing so, the result would be a very satisfied customer with all smiles in his/her face. We need to remember that the mood of a person changes every second, every minute depending on the situation we are into. So it's possible to change the mood of a customer from angry to happy once they feel they're being valued and appreciated.

Thank and have a good day guys.
