What do angry customers do? They blog, they also email their friends and that as well all know can hurt any companies reputation. With Verist Labs, companies can offer their customers a channel for them to vent their frustrations. This creates an opportunity for the companies to transform angry customers into happy customers = good for business :)

"Ruin all the fun!"

You are going to ruin all the fun for those who aren't happy unless they are angry!

"Ruin all the fun"

Lol, funny comment, Wilbur. There really are people who make anger a part of their daily routine, eh?

"Verist Labs?"

Anyway, Leigh, what is Verist Labs exactly? And how does it create "an opportunity for the companies to transform angry customers into happy customers"?

Comment #4 Wilbur from India -

"Runs Deeper"

I think it runs deeper than that.

If a customer has a problem and customer service (actually) resolves it. The customer should be happy? Or at least no longer angry? But how often do they keep pushing, keep expressing their anger?

I'm not talking about when customer service gives a dipshit answer, but when they actually resolve something... like sending out a replacement order and tracking number for the package.
