Blame the customer! For example, tell him its not his internet connction, but intead he needs to reinstall Windows on his computer.

We can avoid at times encountering angry customers. Well as a worker or customer service we should remain professional toward angry customers. Try to apologize for the inconvenience that made them upset. For sure, nothing personal because they only call due to something wrong with the service.

Make use of your tools to resolve the issue, and make them feel that everything will be alright before or by the call ends.

I really admire people that have that patience in handle costumers or even people around them . I am a teacher and it is important in my job to have this matter fix. I have really a short temper that I am easily attracted to fight, my co teacher and principal called my attention in that matter and told me that I should seek some help to other people .

That is true. Such people with too much patience towards their customers are great. There are some customers who are not that good in communicating and tend to shout at you at times. But these guys really are great in controlling their emotions. And I think they should be rewarded with the kind of job they are into. Thanks for sharing in here and have a great day ahead to all.

I want to know much about the deals that the costumer service agent would do in that area. I really want to know much about that area and the things that it would like to be in that area. I hope it will be possible in that area. I really want to know much about that area and the things that I really want to have in the future .

If you take this kind of angry customer as something personal, you will not last long in this job and get a depression. Instead, take it as something not personal, the customer doesn't know you and could as well be shouting at any of your colleagues .

And help to resolve his problem.
