Why I would never be in the call center industry

Your parents have worked hard for you to get through life easier. You have spend most of your life mastering a specific industry, but in the end you will only place yourself on the other end of the phone being shout at by an inconsiderate and unsatisfied customer? Well, I would rather be jobless.

Call it pride, but I didn't finish college just to be shout at and degraded by some unknown insensitive person over a phone conversation.

That's true that most call center agents experience being degraded by some insensitive customers. But for most of them, they need to do a little sacrifice to have a job to sustain the needs of their family. It is difficult to find a decent job nowadays so people grab every opportunity that comes along their way. Those people need to endure all those things to earn money. You just need to be professional and patient to stay in this kind of job and I admire those people.

Call center agents undergo training for them be oriented on how to handle things, complaints over the phone with this kind of customers. They are informed on how to deal customers in a proper way even in their wildest reactions. Yet, we can't help but to remain patient on how they react. Such people bearing unpleasant nature.
