| Working in a call center is also a little bit harder especially when you encounter those angry customers. You don't have the choice but you need to listen with there complains and you must have to be patience and approach them a good solution regarding of the reason why they are very angry. Especially that we can't tell if what's on the mind of the customer. Have a nice day ahead. |
| Being in a call center is indeed a hard job to do. You will have to experience different stuffs starting from the bad attitudes of the clients up to their tempers. If you are a very patient person and an understanding one, you can cope up with the daily obligations in this field of work. But if not, then this work is not for you. Have a great day to all. |
| At times it is really hard to handle such angry customers. Well, we tend to be patient thinking that we want to give the optimum service, but I think they also have to take into consideration that we may have differences in social status but we are still equal as humans. But, I understand their own sentiments, once customers feel disappointed with the service or product they got in there. |
| Of course, the customers of BurgerTown will get angry because they stopped selling their favorite sandwiches. You would feel the same if you were in their shoes, wouldn't you? Unfortunately, their call center or customer representatives will take the brunt of it as they patiently explain why their favorite Chicken and Bologna sandwich are not available and if they will ever be available. It's difficult to be a customer service agent because you have to have tons of patience. |
