Sometimes, people just like to be blatantly annoying, and for this reason, people just have to remember that not everyone is the same. Even those of whom love to be annoying need to remember that not all people like to do so, or are able to stand an annoying person. With recordings in place for call centers, the operator should feel compelled to hang up on, or to tell off any customer, based on their demeanor.

Sometimes I feel the strong urge to just shout back at super irate callers or call him names the same way he'd call me names, too. But damn, calls are recorded and I just cannot lash out. There are times I feel like I'm having a heart attack out of frustration and anger.
