I just started working in a call center it's not very big so everyone pretty much knows everybody. My problem is being social I don't talk too much, even though your not suppose to, you can since it gets pretty boring. I would like to make friends since I feel pretty lonely sometimes and I am in need of new friends I would like to get some ideas or some pointers to be able to make good friends and to make time pass faster at work.

You can make friends by joining the others during lunch break. That's really how officemates bond, eating together. Just ask one of the guys if you can join for lunch.
