| Yahoo! Answers: So meal ideas for a not so busy job? I work at a call center and thus dont move a whole lot. I want to loose weight and the best thing to fix first are of course my eating habits. So i am looking for healthy and/or filling meal ideas. I have been eating tuna for the last few days since it is healthy but found that it can cause mercury poisoning to consume a lot. I cant risk to much turkey because cant fall asleep at work. I usually eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a bag of chips and a sandwich for lunch. I drink water. I also eat wheat bread and use only 1% milk. dinner is sadly a big or unhealthy meal. I do exercising at least twice a week for about 2 hours which i just started. So any help or tips would be appreciated. I would really like to set a good diet for myself but dont know where to start. I am 6" 2 and i weight approximately 275 pounds. I have stature and broad shoulders which run in my family. |
