I was at Verizon trying to add a phone line. One of the sales reps was irritated because they were about to close. So I hear him say this bitch needs to get out of here and Im trying to go home. The statement wasn't directly to me but he directed it at me I tried reporting this but it seems like they don't do anything. There wasn't a manager there to report to, so I called their employee relations department, which is where you file a complaint, and they told me that it goes through the system and then they take care of the problem internally. However the there have been no changes. What else can I do I feel I was treated unfairly and that no one should get away with treating someone like that. I work in customer service at a call center and if I ever cursed at a customer I would be out the door. I dont think u guys are understanding. He said it talking about me to someone else. he said " this bitch needs to leave" reffering to me. He wasnt just saying a curse word to himself.

"Where you?"

Where you a bitch? Maybe you don't fit the profile of an appropriate Verizon customer? You should really check your attitude at the door before you place a call to Verzion customer service!

You know the corporation has ideals and you must fit within their mold. Most importantly you should accept shoddy service without complaining. I hope their call center employee reported you to the bad customer department so can reduce your service levels even more!

"Verizon customer standards"

How dare you call Verizon at closing time! Don't you have any feelings? Any sense of right or wrong?

Clearly, these poor employees are so battered and weary from providing GREAT customer service for Verizon, they simply can't hold themselves together!

Verizon provides such great products and service, why would you want to go and complain anyway?
