Customer Service is a company's greatest service. In most cases, that is what determines whether people will be coming back to your organization or going for good.

I recently went into this bank in search for a job and did not find the usual person on the desk. It later hit me that I actually had a stint with the manager himself. He seemed to have an air of good relations around him

"customer service"

I agree. A company's customer service can make or break it.
