| Easier saidIf there is one lesson in life that I personally learned the hard way is to never underestimate a specific industry, the call center industry. I've never imagined myself being in the call center business until a series of events eventually lead me into signing in on one. I thought it is going to be just as simple as pie and all the words that will come out of my mouth are all based on a specific script. But reality bites as it is just the guide that we in the industry should just follow and it is up to us on how to communicate with our customers. |
| It can be a very tough job to be talking on a phone all day long, saying the same thing and dealing with people for 8 or more hours straight. It makes you feel like just vegetate in front of the tv for hours afterwards. But yeah, it can be tough, and the pay is not always good, but there could be worse jobs to have, I suppose. Keep it up. |
