Can you imagine the paranoia the management of a call center has to think that convicted criminals would have access to the personal information of their client's customers?Sure, maybe your crime was violent and not "information" related, but it would be a PR headache for the public to learn that "criminals" were doing customer service, ie: getting customers names/addresses, credit card numbers, and maybe even social security numbers. How would you resolve to address that perceptual issue? |
