I don't want a current account and I'm happy with the account I have with them that doesn't haven't an overdraft and doesn't have fees because that's how I like it. I've twiced been asked to upgrade to a so called better account but how is it better? surely a bank account is simply just a bank account? my own does everything I need from it and I wish they would stop asking me to upgrade or saying that I'm not allowing them to provide me with an exclusive service because they should treat all their customers the same I think.
