| Ha ha, what a wonderfully funny video. The customer's expression was priceless when she was handed her passport back. I wonder if this type of exchange actually happened. I flew Easy Jet a few years ago, and there were heaps of drunk people boarding their flights. One chap could not even stand. I wonder to this day whether he was allowed on the flight or not, although it did seem that everyone was turning a blind eye! |
| Wow that was amazing. I've never seen such scene not until I watched this one. I doubt whether the passenger pursued her flight. I like the way the customer service handled the situation. They are funny but make sense. The manager had made a good deal with the customer so I think all is well. I hope I won't experience the same kind of situation or else I will be ruined. |
| The video appears to have been deleted or taken down by the youtube administrators. Is there anywhere else I can look for this video, as I would like to watch it. I do not believe I have heard of this Captain Brass. Is it a troupe or is it one comedian, and is he good? How would he rate along side some other great comedians of our times? Where can I find more of it? |
