| What do you think will be the impact of US Senator Schumer's bill on outsourcing When the democratic senator announced a legislation on disclosure of customer service calls when transferred to foreign countries and putting an excise tax of $0.25 when it happens, will it have a significant impact if this bill is approved? Is this a great move in putting back lost jobs to America? Will this mean call centers may stop outsourcing work? |

| Outsourcing is already widespread in most countries because we apparently see the good impact of this in the economic growth of the country as well as the employment rate. There are plenty of opportunities for people to work as customer service in most outsourcing companies. They even earn well in this kind of job. But of course, you have to show that you deserve the position and get tenure. |
| It really is amazing how many companies outsource in the united states in order to pay lower wages. Once while in ukraine I met someone who worked almost all night in order to work as a call operator in the United states local time. Though it does make sense for them to hire ukrainians, as they are generally bright and very good with languages. Also a lot of americans aren't willing to work at those jobs for that kind of pay, unfortunately |
| I don't think that additional charges to call centers will stop them from outsourcing their services to other countries because it will still come out cheaper. Outsourcing call center services may be bad news to the US economy but not for third world countries where these services are outsourced to. It has in fact helped them keep their economy afloat despite the global recession brought about mainly by the US. |
| Outsourcing is the opportunity that gives a lot of professionals to be employed. Those outsourcing companies really bring a big help in the economy of the country in spite of the global economy crisis. |
