| Yahoo! Answers: Samsung Corby Txt GT-B3210? Hello i recently purchased a corby txt, after a detailed study of the features. Now I learned that the Function T9 which helps in typing is not there. But the web page of samsung indicates this feature is available in this model. I tried calling the customer care and they were the dumbest guys i ever talked too. and they had no idea if this feature was there or not in this model. I bought from univercel CMH road they said this feature is not available. The customer care guys told me to take it to a service center. I don’t want the service people to mess up my mobile. People do u have the same problem has anyone rectified this..? |

Do you really think the call center operators are the dumb ones?You can be sure they are limited by the information they are given by the company, so it would see the DUMB ONES are the management of the company that failed to give the call center operators sufficient information to offer quality customer service. |
