It is a sad indictment on society that we cannot offer superior customer service as a given. In a consumer situation, the customer is always right, and it takes a special breed of person to become a successful customer service employee. The object in customer service is to reach a win-win situation, so that the consumer and the supplier are both satisfied with the outcome of the communication. |
