This is just crazy. How can there be the worse of customer service.

Surely, the word, customer service, implies that the customer will be assisted ?

It is a sad indictment on society that we cannot offer superior customer service as a given. In a consumer situation, the customer is always right, and it takes a special breed of person to become a successful customer service employee.

The object in customer service is to reach a win-win situation, so that the consumer and the supplier are both satisfied with the outcome of the communication.

The job of a customer service is challenging. I may say that they are not really perfect. They also have their own shortcomings for not meeting the expectation of a client or for not giving satisfaction. But I think they always consider the importance of customers.

It is just important to give them consistent training so that they will keep up the demands of time.

It is just frustrating to know that there are those business establishments that have poor customer service. Customers needs all of the good service that they can get for they help in the growth of a certain business. For without the customers, any business would be doomed.

I think proper and up to date training of business personnel is very crucial. Just to make sure that they do their job right.

Shops and establishments should never hire customer service agents who have no people skills. They are the frontliners and they leave an impression on your customers or clients that reflect on you. Unfortunately, there are a lot of customer service staff who lack people skills and can't even feign courtesy for their customers. They either frown or they don't help you when you need them or they just seem uninterested in you and not happy with their jobs.

I have never heard of such great insult to companies like that. One of the most respectful company that I ever know is the Costumer services area. I am a great fan of that area. It is good that internet sites like you tubes are providing great stuffs and info that would really give a knowledgeable mind and idea of this area. I want to be in that area as soon as possible.
