Why do we always have a person replaced by a machine when we call for help? This is remarkable and inconsiderate of a company. They are saving money by not having employed physical being in order to deal with these matters. Instead of having a human presence, they would rather cut cost at the expense of someone's ability to deal with machinery, over a human being.
