A good plan... one that would involve your main focus on serving the callers needs, not the corporate boardroom... of course the needs of the corporate board room would be met by serving the the needs of the caller... but you'd hardly find one that was interested in more than lower average call time even if it resulted in throwing the business into bankruptcy! |
