One of my friends told us the reason why he hated the call center business. He basically told us that he didn't finished four years of education just to be yelled at by an angry customers. He was then answered by our friend who works in the call center industry, he just gave us a short but meaningful statement, "Don't take any of their statement too personally." |
| Hello there!Customer Care can be a very stressful job, especially considering that by the time that customers finally reach you, they have dealt with long hold times and frustrating phone-navigation menus, not to mention whatever issue they originally called in about. That being said, the job is not incredibly difficult, pays reasonably well for the level of skill required, and will make you immensely effective in your own dealings with companies. |
