Of course, like many a thing in the world, even call centers have limitations. Unsure of what those limitations were, I had to do a little research and was unable to find anything that could help me to understand the limitations of call centers. If anyone knows of any limitations, or at least, of a web link that one can be directed to in order to read up more on the limitations of call centers, that would be great.

The biggest limitation is that because of poor management and bad methods of measuring "performance", call centers are usually limited to offering poor service and pissing off customers. • Page 1 (Original Post) •
