| Questions: I am in the process of hiring a customer service call center. Any adv I have a software company in Colorado. I sell spying software for consumers. I fired all my customer service employees since they did a poor job and I wanted to outsource my customer service support to another professional company. Can someone recommend a company who you worked before? |
| Hi Laure. I have worked as a customer service representative in one of the most prestigious companies here in the Philippines. All of there accounts are US based. I worked under a famous telephone company in the US. And the training in my previous company was awesome! They really inculcated in us that we have to value our customers and we should always provide 100% world class performance. Since the start of this company, most of the accounts are still existent until now. |
| You got a very good business but I understand that you require very good employees to work for your company, and that includes the customer service that can assist you customers with their concern about software and services. Well I would suggest you better make a survey which country does well in the field of technology particularly in software works so that they can easily deal with it. Good luck. |
| Call center is one of the things that really makes people now a days busy even night time. I am practically into a great deal of knowing the things that could really benefit me in any ways as possible. I am planning to apply in any jobs especially in call center and find if this things really fits in my schedule. I hope it will soon than I expected . |
| All your employees? You fired every one of your employees? At the same time, or one after the other? How on earth did so many poor employees get working at your place at one time? Wonder how the unions took that...but maybe the worker's unions aren't too tough on software companies. |
