When I got to the manager I told them about the experience and I think I may have went overboard when I stated that the customer service was poor and that "I am not a fan of outsourced call centers" when the manager himself was probably worked at the same place. He said that he was "ashamed", and when he said that I thought I may have been a little bit to raw and too blunt and bit his head off in the process and later felt bad for the guy. Was I wrong for being brutally honest and speaking my mind? Comment #1 Joe from Manila - Sun Jul 4 09:33:45 2010 "Calling for Tech Support" Tags: • tech support • • Page 1 (Original Post) •
