If you thought that it is all plain script and sitting on the call center then you are wrong. I never imagined that I ended up being in a call center especially after I just finished college, but because of the low unemployment rate here in our country I am forced to get a work in this industry.

Most of the time, you will be dealing with angry and inconsiderate customers who put all their blame on you for working for the company they have something against of. Call center agents are just there to assist you and not someone you can shout to because it makes you feel good.

In theory I agree. But the reality is that I find almost every time I call a business and get a call center, the call center agents simply don't have the information necessary to answer my questions.

Hence, I become MORE dissatisfied (ie: angry) than before I called.
