Answers: I cant find a job anywhere.. with my experience what do I stand a chanc

Thank author of this post/commentOk so i have worked in retail since i left school at 16 im now 23 and have worked my way up to assistant manager. I know im a very hard worker and i can do anything i put my mind to but my CV looks so boring! Ive tried applying for receptionists, recruitment consultants, call centers and all sorts but i don's get a look in! I have walked all round my local (and not so local ) shopping centres applying for retail work but no joy. Ive been out of work for 3 months now and im getting seriously stressed and depressed about it. My inbox is absolutly full of rejection letters from jobs ive applied to online! Can anyone help me think of a jobs i can apply for where the experience is'nt all that important?

Sometimes, it's just a matter of how we present ourselves. At times even professionals have difficulty finding a job because they don't look like they are capable and suited for the position. As what I've said, it all boils down to how you present yourself. Even if you don't have enough experience but if you look as if you are willing to learn and confident that you can be capable of the position, then definitely, your soon to be employers won't have second thoughts of hiring you.

I understand what you are going through. It seems like you are so stressed for failing in getting a good job. Work experience is an advantage to some degree, but there are a lot of fresh graduates who can get a good job and they are pretty successful in their chose career. You can also do it. Just present yourself well and give your best on the test and interview proper.

Hi there!

Call center agents are the most stressful job that I know. My aunt is a call center agent and it really gives her a hard time to sleep and at least take a rest after her work. I really feel pity for that people. I hope they can get more benefits in their working areas.

Thank You so much. And have a great day to all of you guys.

Being a call center agent is not easy. You need to be patient in dealing with your customers. Also, you need to cope up with the different schedules given to you.

If you finished a specific degree, don't lose hope to find the job that suits you. It is important that you practice your own expertise. Be patient and be determined. All of us had suffered failures but that is not the end of the world. There are a lot of opportunities waiting for us.

If you do not like or if you are not used to being stressed, then you are no good on becoming a call center agent. Working in a call center really is an exhausting and tiring job. You have to cope up with the ever changing schedules and stay up all night during graveyard shifts. Some callers are also irritating and inconsiderate. Better know your limits before engaging in this kind of job.

Thank author of this post/comment"upgrade your resume and land a job"

Try to make changes on your resume first and read on tips during interviews. There's a good money working on call centers. They accepts any graduate course as long as you have the skills they're looking for. For those who get assigned night shift receive night differential pay aside from the basic salary. Other benefits include: HMO coverage and allowances (for rice, transportation).
