I once saw a news feature where customer service personnel working for a Kenyan mobile phone company (Safaricom) were talking about their work experiences and one particular story caught my attention. Apparently human beings never cease to amaze and the effects a woman can have on a man are simply hilarious- some guy had actually called customer service asking to just talk to a male representative about how angry and worked up his wife was making him. Oh and the caller was admittedly drunk and crying... just got me to thinking what these customer service guys really must go through day-to-day. not only do they have to deal with their own job issues and stresses, they also have to be on hand to "Just talk..."
