IVA may help Brits get a good night sleep - Stressed Out Workers
| IVA may help Brits get a good night sleep Debt solutions like IVAs could help more Brits get a good night sleep. Research has found that stressed out workers are going to bed an hour later than they were at the start of the recession. Cambridge Weight Plan found that the average Briton was in bed by 10:47pm three years ago. Now the average bedtime is 11:41pm for workers. Over 3 thousand adults were questioned with one of the main reasons for lack of sleep being cited as money worries and debt problems. An Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) can help people with £15000 or more of unsecured debts, allowing them to pay an agreed affordable amount over 5 years. |
