crying at a call centerI tried to apply in a Call Center early this year. But even before that, I have been hearing hear says and first hand information about how stressful a call center work is. Workers need to be capable of handling their emotional stress in the work place because they are dealing with irate customers. Oftentimes they are the the subject of verbal abuse if their customer is not satisfied of their service. Best thing is not to take it too personally. Just imagine that you are talking with an irate machine if only to make you feel better. |
