Hard Disk failure - Systems Issues
| Hard Disk failure My computer was in a fairly good condition until a friend tried to run a system recovery process while using my hard disk. From then on, it developed numerous problems. I tried formatting it but it was non-responsive. A friend suggested I change the motherboard(am currently using American Megatrends). Which option would be the most viable? The hard disk is of 40 gigabytes capacity. I was just about to dispose the old hard disk |
| My advice is for you to seek a computer technician's advice first before changing anything. Who knows? He might be able to solve your problem without having to change anything in your PC. I can feel your pain, though. Just had my laptop formatted because a blue screen appears each time I boot. So sad to lose all the data in my hard disk. |
