I've never experienced that!But these days I go around the call centers and find an email for the CEO's office and let that office find someone to help me. Comcast seems to be a company that encourages such "backdoor customer service." It seems they should just give their regular customer service so people don't have to go looking for someone who can actually help them. Otherwise, it will be that their "backdoor customer service" will end up being their customer service, and their call centers will just be screaming grounds (for their customers too stupid to find a back door and the employees)! @comcastcares ! hahahaha |
